Before you order a service, or if you just have a general question, you can contact the seller beforehand. Contacting sellers can only be done while logged in to Bricoly.
To contact a seller:
- Once logged in, find a Service you are interested in and click the thumbnail.
- Once on the Service page, you can read the seller’s profile to the right and click Contact Me.
Note: We recommend providing the seller with the project description, specific instructions, relevant files, and your budget.
- Type your message and click Send.
Note: You can also visit the seller’s profile page and click Contact Me button to start a conversation.
