Bricoly strives to maintain a highly trusted and safe marketplace for our buyers and sellers. You can help impact this effort by reporting content you feel hurts the values of our community. Our Trust and Safety team will investigate flagged content quickly, keeping our marketplace in good shape.
To report a user:
- Go to the page of the user you want to report.
- In the area below the user’s profile picture, click the report/flag icon.
- Select the reason you want to report the user, and follow the steps to submit the report.
To report a Gig:
- Go to the Gig that you want to report.
- On the top right, click the report/flag icon.
- Select the reason you want to report the Gig, and follow the steps to submit the report.
To report a message:
- Go to Messages > Inbox.
- Select the conversation for the user you want to report.
- Scroll over the user’s message, and click the Report link with the red flag next to it.
- Select the reason you want to report the message, and click Next.
- Select whether to report or block the user, and click Submit.
To report spam:
- Go to Messages > Inbox.
- Select the conversation for the user you want to report.
- Scroll over the user’s message, and click the Spam link.
- Click Mark as Spam to confirm.
