As a freelancer, we know it may be difficult to keep track of your orders and other details regarding your Bricoly account. Bricoly’s Dashboard lets you effectively manage your business.
To access the Dashboard:
- After you log in, click the Dashboard
– To the top right, you will see all your active orders and the earnings you will receive once completed. Active orders are all orders placed by your buyers, not including completed or cancelled orders. - You can filter your orders by the following statuses:
– Late: orders that are overdue (past the original delivery due date)
– Incomplete: orders that are waiting for the buyers to submit requirements
– In progress: orders that you have started to work on
– Dispute by seller: orders where you opened a dispute in the Resolution Center
– In revision: orders you are working on after the buyer submitted a revision request
– Dispute by buyer: orders where your buyer opened a dispute in the Resolution Center
– Delivered: orders that you delivered
Notes:
- Orders are sorted by actions, which need to be performed by the seller first, and then the buyer (sorted by due date, where the most important orders are on top).
- In the orders displayed, you will see the buyer username, price, due date, and status. To view the order details, click View Order.
